Yes. Because every order is custom produced, all orders are final once production begins.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed or embroidered garments. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Most orders are completed within 3–10 business days after artwork approval. Larger or complex projects may require additional time.
