Getting the Perfect Press
Follow these instructions to achieve professional results every time you press your custom designs.
Pressing Instructions
Temperature: 300°F
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium to firm
Peel: Instant peel (hot peel)
Step-by-Step Process
- Preheat your heat press to 300°F and allow it to reach full temperature
- Prepare your garment by pre-pressing for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
- Position your transfer on the garment exactly where you want the design
- Press for 10 seconds with medium to firm pressure
- Peel immediately while the transfer is still hot (instant peel)
- Allow to cool completely before wearing or washing
Troubleshooting Tips
- Design not adhering properly? Increase pressure or add 1-2 seconds to press time
- Transfer film not peeling cleanly? Ensure you're peeling while hot and at the correct angle
- Colors look faded? Check that your temperature is accurate with a heat gun
- Wrinkles in the design? Make sure to pre-press your garment first
